Public Information Meeting #2

Public Information Meeting #2 will focus on the proposed work plans prepared by discipline (ex. natural environment, hydrogeological, etc) leads. Work plans will outline how criteria and indicators will be studied and evaluated.

The Proponent's team is targetting submission of criteria and indicators to MECP by the end of January. The date of Public Information Meeting #2 will be dependent on the timing of MECP review of the criteria and indicators, since the criteria and indicators inform the work plans. Based on this, the Proponent's team is aiming for Public Information Meeting #2 to occur during the first quarter (Q1) of 2024. Public Information Meeting #2 will not be held on the week of March 11th - March 15th with the understanding that this is March Break.

Once the date for Public Information Meeting #2 is confirmed, a Notice will be sent to all those who have signed up for the email list, as well as agency contacts and Indigenous communities. The Notice will also be posted in the Milton Champion newspaper and on the Project Website.
