
Public Information Meeting #2
The second Public Information Meeting (PIM) of three was held virtually on Wednesday, November 19th, 2025 from 6:30 to 8:30pm. The purpose of the second Public Information Meeting was to present and receive input on the draft comprehensive work plan and scope for technical studies that will be prepared to evaluate the effects of the project and the alternative methods of carrying out the project on the environment.

The comprehensive work plan discussed at the Public Information Meeting can be found here within the EA Documents folder. Hard copies are available for viewing at the Town of Milton (150 Mary Street, Milton) and Region of Halton (1151 Bronte Road, Oakville) municipal buildings.
At the Public Information Meeting, a presentation was followed by questions answered live. Comments and questions were typed into the Q & A and read aloud by the Facilitator to be responded to by the Project Consultants. JCDL also provided an in-person viewing room broadcasting the virtual meeting live for those who registered who could not access the meeting virtually.

Commenting Period
Additional written input received by December 19th, 2025, will also be reflected in the comprehensive work plan package provided to the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks for approval.
